Interasia Lines to enhance its footprint for Intra-Asia Services with new China-Vietnam (CVK) & Thailand loop (CTK)

Following its recent announcement of NS5 and CV1 new service introductions, Interasia Lines is pleased to announce its participation in another two additional Intra-Asia service loops covering China and Vietnam, Thailand as follows:

Interasia Lines shall jointly deploy 1 vessel with Wan Hai Lines contributing 2 vessels for a new Central China & Vietnam service with direct calling at Sihanoukville.

CVK will run on 21 days’ round trip, with port callings at Ningbo - Shanghai - Danang - Cat Lai - Sihanoukville – Cat Lai – Hong Kong - Ningbo.

With CVK launching around end April 2019, Interasia Lines has further increased its service frequencies for China and Vietnam coverage. It is also embarking on a direct market access to Cambodia with Sihanoukville port calling on the same service. This is yet another testament to Interasia’s service commitment to Cambodia, by providing both Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville as gateways for its market presence in the country.

With further slot participation on CTK now operating by Wan Hai Lines, Interasia Lines will be introducing another China-Thailand Loop with commencement around early May 2019.

CTK is running on 14 days’ round trip, with port callings at Hong Kong - Shekou - Sihanoukville - Bangkok - Laem Chabang - Sihanoukville - Hong Kong.

With CTK service participation coinciding with new CVK launch, Interasia is now able to offer twice a week service for Sihanoukville with direct market access for both Central China and South China.

These service additions also enhance Interasia Lines’ commitment to provide more reliable service options and to better serve shippers’ and consignees’ diverse needs between China and South East Asia markets.
