Interasia Lines adding China-West India Service

*Central & South China-West India Service (CI6)

Interasia is pleased to introduce a direct service connecting Central and South China with Western India while wayporting in the Straits in early March.
The new offer will be ensured through co-loading on the service recently introduced by Wan Hai and COSCO, market as 'CI6' and 'CI1' respectively. Interasia Lines will retain the ‘CI6’ name that is also
used by Wan Hai to market the service.

The ‘CI6’ connects Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Nansha, Singapore, Nhava Sheva, Pipavav, Penang, Shanghai. It turns in five weeks using 5 ships of 4,000 to 4,500 teu, of which four are provided by COSCO and one by Wan Hai. This service will enhance Interasia Lines coverage of China and
Western India by enabling it to offer twice weekly sailings between Central China and Western India, while also allowing it to offer four weekly sailings between South China and Western India.
